Free Worldwide Shipping

Ulla Popken offers Free Worldwide Shipping on all eligible orders. There is no standard shipping fee added at checkout for worldwide delivery.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges are included in our Free Worldwide Shipping service. If any such fees occur, they will be covered by us.

Order Processing

Order processing time is 1–3 days. During this time, your order is confirmed, prepared, and packed for shipment.

Processing times do not include the estimated delivery time. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, or promotional events may require additional review before shipment.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 days after shipment. Delivery estimates are provided to help you plan, but actual arrival times may vary due to destination, local delivery conditions, weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged, please email us so we can review the order details and help with next steps.

  • For damaged packages, include clear photos of the package, product, and shipping label when possible.
